A little more Christmas and a Bunny.

It always seems like there're weeks to pass until Christmas, then before we know it, it's just a couple and I still have lists of things to do. Oh how I wish I could be more organised, maybe that should be my thing to work on next year.

I'm trying to keep a bit more on top of things and last night made a little something for Imogen's stocking, and here's another Christmas wreath.

Not such traditional colours this time. I really like it, especially the big pom poms. I enjoy making them as it's easy to whip up without thinking about it too much!

I have to show you my new little bunny rabbit.

It's just so sweet (perhaps because it's really meant for a child) and sits on my hearth.

In an evening when the lamps are turned on, flames put on the fire and candles lit, he sits and glows.

Adding to the cosy feeling in these cold winter evenings.

Have a lovely weekend, keep nice and warm.

Take care

  1. Hello Cheryl. Firstly thank you so much for my book, it arrived today and I love it!! I can't wait to try and few things from it, so thank you. Your pom poms are gorgeous and I love the colour you chose. I also bought a little night light exactly like that for little Es, but if I am honest I most probably bought it for me, so there is nothing wrong with that, it is so sweet! Enjoy your weekend xoxo

  9. The wreath is lovely and festive and even better the colours are still appropriate for afterwards so you can keep it up for a lovely pop of colour in grey January, very clever! I also love the glowing bunny.

  10. I love your wreath Cheryl - beautiful colours and not too elaborate - I could really enjoy one like that - it looks fresh and reminds me of the seaside and warmth of summer and is lovely for Christmas-time. Your little bunny is gorgeous too. Hugs, Joy x

  16. Oh My Gosh!!! I have a bunny like that somewhere....I have no idea where....I hope I still have it anyway!!! I've moved into a 'doll house' while building our home. As you probably know we are living in 600 square feet in one room in our basement while we build the rest of the house. I have all of my stuff packed away except for what I need to live on. Every holiday I dig and I dig and I dig. Trying to find holiday decorations. So, at Easter time, because I'm pretty sure that bunny is with Easter stuff, I am going to start digging for that bunny. I had no idea that hole in the bottom was for a light!!!!!! Thank you.
